A: Yes; The Pavilion has a lovely waterfall area that can be made readily available for an indoor ceremony.
Q: Can wedding clients rent additional event time?
A: Yes; Clients may add additional hours at the rate of $525.00 per additional hour.
Q: Can I just have my reception at The Lost Dutchman Resort?
A: Yes; Our packages are based on a 5 hour rental time during which the client can utilize those hours as they choose, although most couples have
their ceremony in addition to the reception at The Lost Dutchman Resort because of the magnificient views.
Q: Is the rental price for Pavilion the same during the week as it is on a Saturday?
A: No; a non Saturday events is $100/hour less.
Q: What is the total seating of the inside of the Pavilion for an event?
A: The inside Pavilion can seat 110ppl. , 175ppl. can be accommodated both using the inside of the Pavilion and the outside Amphitheater.
Q: Can I have a ceremony only event at The Lost Dutchman Resort?
A: Yes; However there is a minimum of a 5 hour rental.
Q: Do I have to use The Lost Dutchman Resort`s preferred caterer?
A: No; The Lost Dutchman Resort does not require the client to use their preferred caterer.
Q: Can I have my rehearsal at The Lost Dutchman Resort?
A: Yes; There is a fee of $325/hour and it must be scheduled to reserve time and date.
Q: Can I have my photographer see the site before the wedding?
A: Yes; Please have them contact the Events Coordinator to schedule an appointment. Mon - Fri 8am - 4:30pm.
Q: Can I bring in my own liquor and or spirits?
A: No; The Lost Dutchman Resort has their own liquor license and ALL liquor must be purchased through The Lost Dutchman Resort.
Q: Can we fish during our rental time at The Lost Dutchman Resort?
A: Yes; Bear Lake, which is located next to the wedding Pavilion, can be fished by you and your guest during your rental time.
It is a catch-and-release lake, so no worms, power bait or treble hooks may be used. You may use flies, lures or barbless hooks.
Q: Does The Lost Dutchman Resort have overnight accommodations available for my guests?
A: Yes; The Lost Dutchman Resort has 4 cabins, 5 group campsites and 20 individual pay per night campsites available for overnight rental.
